My role is to ensure a smooth and "wow" client experience by processing paperwork and assisting with day-to-day front office tasks. My background is rooted in over 15 years of healthcare, where I gained valuable experience in both direct patient care and administrative roles. After high school, I earned an associate degree in science and completed the Medical Assisting program at Kirkwood while working as a Medical Assistant & Certified Nursing Assistant. The diverse opportunities and potential for growth in this company inspired me to make the transition to Johnson Insurance.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my husband Garrett and our sons, Tate and Coby. You can often find me cheering on Tate at the baseball field, gardening with Coby, or enjoying a round of golf. I'm passionate about helping others and contributing to the financial services side of things, especially with crop insurance. The company's supportive, growth-oriented culture, which values family connections and personal development, attracted me here. My professional goal is to continuously learn and grow, eventually managing our crop insurance clients. I believe in the core values of Extra Effort & Grow, as there is always something to learn and improve upon. My favorite memory so far is our first company outing, where riding the roller coaster with my teammate Morgan was both thrilling and terrifying—a true team bonding-experience! My message to everyone is to take that leap of faith, whether in your career or personal life because, with passion, determination, and a great support system, you can achieve anything.
