Morgan Mitchell

I oversee client communication and scheduling, managing the calendars for our coaches and directly interacting with clients. My background in healthcare, with over 15 years of experience in patient care and administrative roles, equipped me with the skills I use today. What drew me to Vantagus Wealth was the supportive and driven culture, where everyone has a role and supports one another. The flexibility and growth opportunities in this company inspired me to transition into the financial services industry.

What I love most about my job is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with our team and clients. The atmosphere we've created is one I genuinely enjoy, and there's never been a day I've dreaded coming to work. I take pride in helping plan and organize company events, and watching relationships grow outside of the office. My role has evolved significantly over the past four years, and I continue to learn and grow, with aspirations to further contribute to the company. My advice to new hires is to never hesitate to ask questions—there's so much to learn in this industry. Outside of work, I volunteer for our Park and Rec program, coach sports, and enjoy golfing with my family.
