What I enjoy most about my job is the dynamic nature of each day—no two days are ever the same. I value the flexibility to work from home when I need to focus on creativity and strategic planning, while also cherishing the time spent in the office connecting with our team. I'm driven by a passion for growth and excellence, as mediocrity simply doesn’t sit well with me. This drive motivates us to continually strive for improvement, creating a fulfilling and inspiring work environment.
In my role, I collaborate with leadership to craft and implement the company's vision and strategic goals. I lead team development through one-on-one coaching, ensuring smooth operations by maintaining effective processes. Overseeing marketing strategies, financial management, and HR responsibilities, I ensure the firm runs efficiently. I also focus on enhancing client experience and holding the team accountable to surpass goals. Beyond work, I'm actively engaged in community organizations, serving on the school board, co-founding the Plainsmen PTO, and being part of the Belle Plaine Public Library board. These roles, along with coaching my children's sports teams, allow me to contribute to the community and support my children's growth.
